After more than 10 years in the child care field, Stefanie has created a research based behaviour management philosophy that has led to great success for children aged 1 to 6 years to feel secure, confident and be at their best to explore the world around them. Children's number one job is to play and explore their world so they can maximize their learning and development. Sometimes children can get caught up in certain behaviours, power struggles, or un-managed feelings that get in the way of their learning.
